Livery design for 24H Le Mans 2026 race
The Inter Europol Competition Art Car LMP2 Oreca 07 for 24H Le Mans race is a comprehensive concept encompassing not only the prototype itself, but also the entire visual identity and communication of the project.
The inspiration stems from the team’s signature colours - yellow and green - derived from the landscape of rapeseed fields. However, this is only the starting point. We went further, building a narrative rooted in Polish Impressionism and, more broadly, in the history of Polish art. The design references artists such as Leon Wyczółkowski, Edward Dwurnik, Leon Tarasewicz and Waldemar Świerzy.
Instead of using obvious national symbols such as the flag or historical motifs, we opted for subtlety and a multi-layered narrative. The motif of the rapeseed field, static and calm, has been transformed into a dynamic visual language that reflects the speed, energy, and aerodynamics of a racing car. The colours are not merely decorative; they function as a system, creating the impression of motion and of the LMP2 prototype “cutting through space.”
